Is the Battle Golf Game Multiplayer Mode Balanced?

I’ve been checking out the battle golf game multiplayer mode and noticed how fun but also challenging it can be. Do you think the balance between new and experienced players is fair? I’m working through the battle golf game campaign, but sometimes I feel like multiplayer requires completely different tactics.
