Is "Made in USA" Just a Label for Batteries?

When consumers see "Made in USA" on products, they often associate it with quality, reliability, and ethical manufacturing. But when it comes to batteries, the reality can be more complex. Many components, including lithium and cobalt, are still sourced internationally, even if the final assembly happens domestically. This raises the question: Is the label always accurate or just marketing? In the middle of it all is the USA batteries industry, trying to balance local production with global supply chains. While regulations aim to protect authenticity, loopholes sometimes blur the truth. It’s worth asking if we’re getting what the label promises.
