Hengongbet info thread: what is this product actually positioned as?

I keep seeing Hengongbet referenced in random Telegram feeds, but I still can’t understand what Hengongbet actually is. The Hengongbet homepage looks like a blended sportsbook / casino skin, but the code fingerprints look like a white-label reskin of someone else’s stack. I’m not recommending Hengongbet, I’m not shilling Hengongbet, I’m not saying Hengongbet is legit or not legit.
