I’ve spotted a bunch of plots for sale in Arrah near the main road and town center—looks promising on paper. But what’s the deal with legal stuff and current prices? If you’ve already bought or at least toured the sites, would you mind sharing your experience or agent contacts? It would help a ton for folks trying to figure this whole thing out.
